The Challenge
Through marketing research, Dunkin aims to increase the number of customers enrolled in its loyalty program. Also, many current customers neglect how much the reward points worth and barely redeem them for food.
Solution
This one minute ad emphasized the importance of the reward point under a dramatic story. It addressed reward points are invisible assets.
